When can I book sharpening?
We're preparing to launch. Appointments aren't open yet. Join our launch list and we'll email you when booking becomes available.
How does apartment pickup work?
Pickup will be available at participating buildings through an approved concierge handoff or a scheduled direct handoff. We'll confirm the process when you book.
What knives will you sharpen?
We'll begin with eligible kitchen knives. We'll review blade type, condition, and suitability before accepting a job. Professional shears and clipper blades are future possibilities, not current services.
How long does sharpening take?
Turnaround will depend on pickup schedules and workload. You'll see an estimated return window before confirming an appointment.
How should I prepare my knives?
For safety, each knife should have a secure blade guard or protective wrap before handoff. We'll provide exact packaging instructions with your booking.
